1997  –  Geophysical survey

Over three days in March 1997, as part of the National Science Week, Warwick Museum Field Service provided a ‘have a go’ geophysical survey opportunity for residents, and over 100 adults and 60 children took advantage.

The area chosen included where Severn-Trent excavated for their pipeline and uncovered stonework almost a decade before and so was guaranteed to produce results.

This report comes from the KHAS Kenilworth History 1997-98.  Geo Phys Survey 1997
